Greg Oden and Kevin Durant are in a two-way tie. Durant has a great scoring game, but he can't get dirty in the paint and clean the glass like Oden can. Oden grabs at least 13 boards a game, at least 3 blocks a game, and he scores at least 18 points a game, so he might seem very strong too. The sad thing is that Oden gets into foul trouble. Durant has way more assists though.
Greg Oden...Then Kevin Durant
either Chris Durant for Texas or... A.C. Law for Texas A%26amp;M
conley jr. and oden
durant from texas, then oden from ohio state. he is a beast and can control the post.
Al Thornton from Fsu is great but not nationally recognized, not the best though, Cory Brewer is because of experience
1.greg oden
2.keven durant
3.acie law
I would have to say a tie between Greg Oden and Kevin Durant. Durant is the more explosive scorer. He is a forward that has an amazing shooting touch. He's proven he can crash the boards (11 or so per game) and that he can make passes when he gets in trouble. However, his defense is no where near as dominant as Oden's. Oden changes entire teams' game plans. Any time he's in and not in foul trouble, teams don't really try and attack inside because they know he's an excellent shot blocker. Oden's offense is good, but it is nowhere near as good as Durant's. Also, Durant is a scoring forward so he's expected to be a little better outside shooter, ballhandler, and passer than a dominant post force like Oden. Oden changes games on the defensive end, while Durant changes it on the offensive end.
that's in the opinion of who your talking to
but in my opinion it is
Kevin Durant of Texas
he is a 6''9 very fast player that can score- rebound- and defend very well
second best Greg Oden of Ohio State University
he is second because he isn't as fast as Durant
durant, because he has more points and rebounds than oden.
Greg Oden because he has shown his ability to shoot with both his right and left hand although he is a seven footer. He also can grab boards and he carries the Ohio State team defensively. Offensively he will get better as time progresses, but no one can deny is rebounding skills, which in that category is avg. aroung 10 boards a game.
Kevin Durant would be another big name. He's 6,9' and has the ability to shoot like a 6,5' guard. He can also post up on smaller players. He is a versatile player, and because of this he can create problems for the opposing team on defense not only by his height but by also his speed. He was able to carry his team as a freshman on his shoulders, and when he rolled his ankle he was still able to drop 35 points that's just disgusting when the game is only for 40 min and not 48 min like the NBA.
